I wanted to send a note recognizing Brian DeWald. I cannot tell you how much EXTRA time he spent listening to our concerns (always with a hug smile while fending off or persistent Frenchie), showing up onsite during roofing to keep things clean AND making certain there were NO nails in the driveway. When we had a nail sever power to our second story, Brian got on the phone immediately to coordinate an electrician - this was from Tuscon!! He then sent the Production Mgr over to supervise the assessment and repair. What a huge asset he is to you Red Diamond Team. I hope he is recognized for his commitment to great service and people skills. Both Boyd and I run very "people oriented" businesses and were SO impressed with his ability to supervise this job and keep everyone happy (never an easy thing to do). A total Rockstar. Our home has undergone quite a few renovations over the past few years but never have we had such a great project manager with whom to work! Rosanna J.
